The Sad Summer Festival Lineup is Here to Make All Your Tour Dreams Come True

Get ready to ruin your eyeliner with the happiest emo tears possible: Sad Summer Festival has just announced its inaugural lineup! The hype that’s been breaking the internet this past week is real, ’cause the lineup is insane: Headlining the summer tour are The Maine, Mayday Parade, State Champs, and The Wonder Years. Support will come from the likes of Mom Jeans, Stand Atlantic, L.I.F.T., and Just Friends. There’ll even be special appearances from Every Avenue, Four Year Strong, Set It Off, Forever The Sickest Kids, and Emo Nite on select dates. Seriously, how can we be expected to wait until July for this?

“What could be better than being emo with your best friends in the sweet summer sun? Being emotional with your friends in the sweet summer sun at the Sad Summer Festival, that’s what. Ditch the cold hot dogs and fucked up sunburns and join The Maine, Mayday Parade, State Champs, and so many more all summer ’19 long!”
– John O’Callaghan, The Maine

Sad Summer Festival will be hitting seventeen cities on its month-long trek across the states (roadtrip, anyone?). You know if The Maine are involved in creating a festival, it’s going to be one hell of an experience: There’ll be plenty of interactive activities, exclusive merch, and more surprises! The fest is also looking to get involved with non-profits in a big way, aiming to work alongside charities in the community—and there’ll be plenty of chances for you to get involved too.

Make sure to get your tickets ASAP because, with a lineup like this, the run is going to sell out fast. Limited pre-sales begin today at 2pm ET—just use the password SAD. General on-sale tickets will be available at 10AM local time on Friday, March 22nd—except for Anaheim, CA, which goes on-sale at 10AM PT on April 5th.
