Mike Posner Walked 1,632 miles before being bitten by a rattlesnake on his Walk Across America. On August 8, the Grammy-nominated musician crossed into Colorado state from Kansas when he was bitten by a baby rattlesnake. He has been chronicling his journey across the US on his twitter page which began on April 15, in Farmingdale New Jersey. His website is home to his very uplifting mission statement and goals. Posner’s Walk was started –and will be finished– with the intention of leaving each city he visited better than he found it, playing music, deeply listening to others, loving everybody, and enjoying the journey. Around 1,200 miles remain until he reaches his destination of Venice Beach California and if anybody can walk nearly halfway across the country after a snake bite it’s Mike Posner.
