Ahead of the release of their new album Probable Claws, out on June 26 via Hopeless Records, Sincere Engineer has revealed their new single, “Fast Forward, Rewind.”
Frontwoman Deanna Belos says, “’Fast Forward, Rewind’ is about taking a look back at your life and wishing you had a way to go back and watch it, speed through all the bad parts, slow down all the good parts. It’s kind of like the Adam Sandler’s ‘Click’ of songs, if you will.”
Belos adds, “I’m beyond excited for the new chapter of SE! We’ve done so much touring over the years—and with so many bands that we adore and look up to. I can’t believe we’re on our fourth record and about to do a big headlining tour of our own to celebrate.”
Probable Claws was recorded at Electrical Audio, a space Belos describes as “an absolute dream of a studio,” adding another layer of significance to a project rooted in the band’s hometown. Check out the tracklist below and preorder the album here.
