The lineup for Silopanna Festival has just been announced. Featured acts include The Flaming Lips, Dashboard Confessional, Hellogoodbye and Twin Forks, amongst others. The festival is due to take place on August 16th at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds in Annapolis, MD. Early Bird tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10am for $49.50 here with general admission tickets to follow on August 2nd for $69.50.
