School is back in session—Sex Education is returning to Netflix for season 2 in the new year and, to get you amped up and ready to go, the first look images have arrived. In the new season, our ever-awkward Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) is getting even more awkward…while trying to progress in his new relationship with his girlfriend Ola (Patricia Allison). The poor dude, he tries so hard (we can’t even begin to imagine what his sex therapist mother will say about this). To top it all off, he’s also got to deal with the weirdness between him and Maeve (Emma Mackey).
Things are getting weird across Moordale Secondary, in fact, but for different reasons: An outbreak of Chlamydia is sweeping across the school, which further highlights why sex ed is so important. This show has never been one to hold back and we’re already half giggling, half dying to see how our characters will handle all of this.
