Bidding so long and goodnight to the New Jersey vs. The World Tour, Senses Fail put on a memorable finale show on December 8 at the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA. Joined by co-headliner Saves The Day and opener Narrow Head, the band closed their set with a powerful, sing-along cover of My Chemical Romance’s breakout anthem “Helena.” As a tribute to their New Jersey roots and one of the state’s most legendary emo exports, Senses Fail has been ending their sets with the cover throughout the tour alongside Chris Conley, Saves The Day’s frontman.
In a frankly chaotic video posted by Senses Fail’s drummer, Steve Carey, the group is joined by Saves The Day and Narrow Head, while guitars are flying through the air. He writes on X (formerly Twitter), “SO LONG AND GOODNIGHT. One final epic scene capture of the “Helena” cover. Absolute chaos…all of @SensesFail, @savestheday & @NARROW_HEAD on stage. Guitars flying through the air. Kisses & hugs all around. What an EPIC way to end the final set of tour.”
