Oxymorrons is back with their first new release of 2025, “Cool Being You.” Excitingly, the single is set to appear on their newly announced Create, Destroy, Rebuild, Repeat. EP, set to release in fall 2025. This marks their first release since 2023’s LP Melanin Punk.
Of the new single, the trio notes, “This is for those who were told they have to fit into a box. ‘Cool Being You’ is about shaking that off and owning every piece of yourself. There’s freedom in being exactly who you are, and this track is the soundtrack to that energy.”
Speaking on the new EP, Oxymorrons says, “We’re excited about this new chapter — it feels like a reset, but with everything we’ve learned along the way. We’ve always believed in doing things differently, and now we get to do that without compromise. The vision is clearer than ever.”
