Lady Gaga just dropped the song of the Halloween season with “The Dead Dance.” Even more exciting, the black and white music video was directed by none other than the gothic movie king himself, Tim Burton.
The music video drop coincides with Lady Gaga’s appearance on season two, part two of Netflix’s hit series Wednesday, where she guest stars as Nevermore Academy teacher Rosaline Rotwood.
Earlier in August, Lady Gaga appeared with fellow actors, including Jenna Ortega, Emma Myers, and Joy Sunday, at the Wednesday Graveyard Gala, where she premiered the track for attendees.
She shared at the gala, “I’m thrilled to release this song alongside Wednesday. I’m a huge fan of the show and had so much fun appearing in it to support ‘The Dead Dance.'”
