During a WWE stream from Birmingham on Monday, August 25, performers Becky Lynch and Nikki Bella did some trash-talking to promo their Clash in Paris fight. However, some metal fans believe Lynch’s cheap, verbal punches featuring Ozzy Osbourne, a Birmingham native, went a bit too far. After all, Ozzy was laid to rest only mere weeks ago after passing on July 22. Recently, Kelly Osbourne weighed in via an Instagram Story post.
Notably, Lynch, the classic wrestling villain, said, “The only good thing that came out of [Birmingham] died a month ago. But in fairness to Ozzy Osbourne, he had the good sense to move to L.A., a proper city. Because if I lived in Birmingham, I’d die, too.”
Kelly responded, “[Becky Lynch,] you are a disrespectful dirtbag! Birmingham would not piss on you if you were on fire. #birminghamforever Shame on the WWE for allowing such things to be said about my father and his home!!!”

While some may not be respectful, others in the pop culture sphere are honoring Ozzy as much as possible. For example, YUNGBLUD just kicked off his North American tour. Each night, he’s shared his cover of Black Sabbath’s “Changes,” the same song he performed on Back To The Beginning.
In fact, Jack Osbourne stopped at his Los Angeles Hollywood Palladium show on August 23, even hanging out with YUNGBLUD. “Thanks for keeping the legacy alive,” Jack shared.
