Taking a harder, more volatile turn from her last release, Kami Kehoe is back with “PSYCHO,” a track that leans all the way into the obsessive, unraveling side of love.
“I was in such an angry state of mind while being in a toxic relationship that kept going in circles,” she shares of the new release. “Once I cut things off, it still felt like it would never end. They kept reaching out, getting in my head, and showing up places to try to pull me back in. At that point, I had to face the fact that they never loved me, they just wanted to control me. Writing “PSYCHO” was how I made sense of it all.”
