Following the release of her summer KANDY EP, with hits like “DOPAMINE,” Kami Kehoe is unleashing a brand new era with the release of “Fade Out.” And yes, this new offering will punch you in the gut with its brutal honesty and even more intense riffs.
She notes, “‘Fade Out’ was definitely a harder song for me to write. I was going through a really low point, and all I can remember was feeling like it was never-ending. I ended up calling my mom during the spiral, and she told me, ‘It will all fade,’ and, ‘One day you’ll look back, and you won’t even remember,’ and the next day I went into the studio and wrote ‘Fade Out.'”

Producer Curt Martin shared insight into his experience working with the artist, explaining, “Kami and I locked in heavy this year, building and evolving her sound together, and ‘Fade Out’ was one of those records that hit different the moment she stepped into the booth. She came in carrying real emotion and vulnerability you can hear in her writing, and I focused on building the world around it.”
Martin concludes, “The result is a uniquely massive yet raw and honest sound — and I think it shows exactly who she’s growing into as an artist.”
2026 promises to be bigger and better than ever for Kehoe. Stay tuned for more!
