Maggie Lindemann and Julia Wolf came together to maximize their joint slay with their collab “2022” and an accompanying visualizer. The two artists blended their voices to craft a heartbreaking, yet ethereal piece—an instantly iconic alternative collaboration.
The duo sings, “Is it 2022 or are you sick of me yet?/Dug myself into the grave that you buried me in/And you packed the dirt away while it ate my skin/They put my face on a flyer, I couldn’t recognize it/Who is she?”
The song is set to appear on Lindemann’s new LP, i feel everything, due out on October 17. Excitingly, “2022” isn’t the only collab on the tracklist. The artist also features sister trio and rock band The Warning on “let me burn.” Stay tuned for more music and upcoming tour date announcements soon.
