Marking his first new release of 2025 following the arrival of “700 sq ft” (featuring Trella) last fall, Jayden Seeley—best known as the former frontman of With Confidence—has returned with his latest solo offering, “Amplified.”
“We’ve all felt it, right? When you step back to re-evaluate and realize that somewhere along the way, you got so off-course,” Seeley shares. “That somewhere along the way, the light in you had quietly dimmed to an ember. ‘Amplified’ is about re-stoking that fire—in fact, it’s about pouring kerosene on it and almost burning yourself in the process.”
He continues, “It’s the first song Stevie Knight and I wrote after reconnecting. He had just moved to Los Angeles, and we were finally able to work together again. When I walked into his home studio in Topanga, after a long drive up winding mountain roads and side streets—this is what happened.”

He adds in a social post, “It feels a little scary to be back out here making music for myself, but I’m so excited for what truly feels like the very start of a journey. A lot went into making this, and now it’s yours to enjoy. I hope you love it.”

Following With Confidence’s dissolution two years ago, Seeley has kept himself busy writing and producing for other artists. Some of his work includes Games We Play’s “If I’m Honest,” Bearings’ “Make Your Way Back To Me,” In Her Own Words’ “Story Of Us,” and more. In the buildup to releasing “Amplified,” Seeley shared, “it’s taken me some time to figure out the kind of music I really want to make as an artist. While so much of my passion now lives in writing and producing for others, there’s still that pull in me to create something just for myself. And that’s what this is. That’s ‘Amplified.’”
