Comastatic, aka Switzerland’s most exciting alt-rock duo, just teamed up with Australian pop-punkers Yours Truly to deliver their collab, “Deja Vu,” via Hopeless Records.
“‘Deja Vu’ is about running from yourself,” Comasatic says. “It captures the rush of living fast, the denial that comes with addiction and the moment you realize the damage is already done. It’s about losing control, repeating the same mistakes, and finally facing the consequences.”
Yours Truly’s vocalist Mikaila Delgado adds, “I think Comastatic is such an exciting band, so I really wanted to put my hand up to be a part of their journey! When I heard ‘Deja Vu,’ I instantly wanted to be on the song, and I feel so grateful the guys had me along!”
