Those of you living in the Detroit area are probably already familiar with the melodic hardcore group Cities and Years – they’ve opened up for the likes of Dance Gavin Dance, Norma Jean, Handguns, A Loss For Words, and even the party king himself, Mr. Andrew WK. The five-piece band just released their latest EP Truth not too long ago, carrying with it a message about staying true to yourself and always being an honest person.
Today we have the premiere of their new live music video for ‘Situations’ which you can watch below! With a show as energetic and intense as the one in the video, it’s no wonder they’ve opened for such big names – there are fists flying everywhere, guitarists throwing themselves to the floor, floor toms being used in all the right ways, and it makes for what looks like one hell of a good time.
