Recruiting Microwave vocalist Nathan Hardy, Can’t Swim has released their latest offering, “Worst Ain’t Over Yet.”

“‘Worst Ain’t Over Yet’ is a song I’ve had written for over a year now,” frontman Christopher LoPorto explains. “Every few months I would revisit it and change a few words around and pick it apart. We got in the studio with Jon Markson to record the final version. He really opened our eyes on what the song should sound like sonically and highlighted the strengths of the tune in a really cool way. Other than being one of our best friends, Jon really is such a pleasure to work with and seeing his talents in real time on one of our songs is pretty unreal to be a part of.”

He continues, “I sent it over to Nate from Microwave to get his 2 cents on the song and we both came up with the idea to have him do some singing on the post-chorus and bridge. Once he laid those vocals down we all sat around the studio listening to it and felt it was finally done.”

Can’t Swim will be hitting the road later this month with Real Friends. You can check out their touring schedule below and grab tickets here.
