Following the release of their debut Thriller Records single “I Think They Know” and June’s “Warning Signs,” Broadside has revealed a bittersweet, raw new love song, “Someone You Need.”
Lead singer Oliver Baxxter says of the release, “This song is for anyone who feels like they’re made of broken parts, aching to be wanted. It’s messy, it’s desperate, but it’s real.”
Baxxter sings, “I wish I could somehow – feel complete/All that’s left are fragments of these dead-end dreams/I just wanna be someone you need.”
Recently, Broadside revealed that they are part of the 2026 Slam Dunk Festival taking place on May 23 and 24 in the UK. Check out the full artist lineup below and grab your tickets and packages here.
