Britney Spears has been named the “Sexiest Woman In The World” for 2002 by the men’s magazine, Stuff. The magazine describes the 20-year-old Spears as “the hottest little dish out of Louisiana since catfish gumbo.” Spears beat out Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, and last year’s “Sexiest Woman” Cameron Diaz for the top spot on the list. “Spears is so hot she may be a bigger threat to the environment than global warming,” said Stuff editor-in-chief Greg Gutfeld. The annual Stuff supplement is included with the magazine’s February 2002 issue, which will be released Wednesday (January 16).
In addition to Spears, Stuff’s 2002 “Sexiest Woman In The World” top 10 includes Jennifer Lopez (2), Cameron Diaz (3), Heather Graham (4), Alyssa Milano (5), Angelina Jolie (6), Beyonce Knowles (7) of Destiny’s Child, Jamie Pressly (8), Shakira (9), and Brooke Burke (10). Other sexy women named to the list include Pam Anderson (17), Courteney Cox (18), Penelope Cruz (23), Salma Hayek (31), Pink(36), Tara Reid (49), Kate Hudson (51), Carmen Electra (59), Jeri Ryan (65), Mandy Moore (67), Rebecca Romijn-Stamos (82), and Jewel (92).
