The soundtrack to the vampire movie Blade II has been finalized. The compilation will feature hip-hop/electronic pairings of Fatboy Slim and Eve, Redman and Gorillaz, and Mos Def and Massive Attack, and others.
“I liked his stuff, but had never done anything with him,” Eve says of her collaboration with Fatboy on the track “Cowboy.” “It came out really hot. I’d like to work with other producers like that.”
The Blade II soundtrack is due March 19th. The film, which stars Wesley Snipes and Kris Kristofferson, is the second film based on the vampire-hunting title character created by Marvel Comics. The film hits theaters March 29th.
