Following the release of October’s with you in spirit, Balance And Composure are back with their new track “Alive And Well.” While it may not have made the final LP cut, the Will Yip-produced song is a necessity to hear, in all of its beachy rock glory. Plus, this song in particular helped kickstart the band’s reunion and LP writing sessions.
Vocalist and guitarist Jon Simmons notes, “This was the first song we worked on together when we decided to become a band again. It was an idea that Erik [Petersen, guitarist] had sent us in early talks of maybe reuniting and I sang over it almost immediately, which began the entire process of writing a record.”
