Our heads are still spinning from watching the Baby Driver trailer which dropped earlier this month, and now there’s some even more head-spinning news: the movie is coming your way sooner than anticipated. That’s right, TriStar pictures has moved up the original August 11 release date to June 28!
Directed by Edgar Wright, the breakneck action thriller follows a young getaway driver named Baby (yeah, we know), played by Ansel Engort, who always drives to his own personal soundtrack, and always gets away. But when he meets the girl of his dreams (Lily James), can he escape his life of crime and make a clean break? Also starring Kevin Spacey, Jon Bernthal, Eiza González, along with Jon Hamm and Jamie Foxx, Baby Driver is comprised of an huge cast whose chemistry looks more explosive than the action scenes in the trailer. So buckle up, and get ready for June 28 by watching the trailer below!
