After joining the UNFD family in October 2024, Seattle-based rockers AVOID are back with their new single “If It Hurts.” This track, as well as its predecessor “Burn,” will appear on their forthcoming album, due out sometime in 2025. Stay tuned for more deets.
Of “If It Hurts,” frontman Benny Scholl shares, “Honestly, I think the song was really healing for all of us. It’s about accepting the past, whether it be good or bad, and moving forward, and we couldn’t be more stoked with how it turned out.”
