A Rocket to the Moon releasing Wild & Free on March 26th

After three and a half years, A Rocket to the Moon just announced that they’ll be releasing their second full length record, Wild & Free, on March 26th, 2013, via Fueled By Ramen. You can check out a statement from the band below.

Nick, Justin, Halvo and Andrew here. We wanted to take a minute to fill you guys in on what’s happening with “Wild & Free.”

We know you’ve been waiting a long time for it. How do we know, you ask? We know because we’ve been waiting with you this whole time. This album is something we put our heart and soul into, and we’ve been dying to share it with you.

We’re happy to announce that we will be releasing “Wild & Free” through Fueled By Ramen on March 26, 2013. No more delays – this is a guarantee. We know a lot of you may feel like you’ve been kept in the dark, but we assure you it wasn’t our intention. We were biding our time while we collectively figured out the best way to get this thing we love so much out into the world for you to enjoy.

We know it’s been a long three and a half years. We’ve felt it too. But now we feel something new, and we hope you to feel it, too. It’s that feeling knowing something good is coming your way, something you can enjoy, love, and share with your friends. When you hear these songs this Spring, we hope you’ll play them as loud as you can, and scream the words out your windows at the top of your lungs (could you imagine doing that in January? It’s way too cold to be driving around with your windows down!). We hope they’ll mean as much to you as they do to us.

We want to thank you from the bottom of our collective heart for being patient with us while we figured this thing out. You guys- our fans- mean the most to us, and we want to deliver something that will make you proud. This Spring, on March 26th, we plan to do that. All we know now is that we are putting the record out that day. The rest is up to you. No more secrets, no more delays. “Wild & Free” is coming your way. See you this Spring. We’ve missed you.
