In exchange for radio play and promotion, Artist/Label, hereby grants idobi Network LLC. (“idobi”) a non-exclusive royalty free license to publicly perform, or “stream”, Artist’s master recordings on idobi Network LLC internet radio stations. Stream includes every source and medium now or hereafter developed, including but not limited to computer, notepad, phone, mobile device, Apple TV or any other platform that streams music.
Artist/Label certifies they have full authority to grant this license, having obtained all necessary releases, authorizations, waivers, licenses and consents, and do authorize idobi Network LLC, its successors, assigns, and stations to digitally broadcast or rebroadcast each master recording submitted to idobi. Artist releases idobi to utilize said master recording along with other master recordings from other Artists and Labels in the form of a “Webcast” without payment of Sound Recording Copyright fees, costs, or royalties to Artist, Label, or Soundexchange (digital broadcast collection service) or any similar digital rights copyright royalty legislation created now or in the future.
Nothing herein waives Artist/Label’s rights to collect Songwriter/Publishing fees through ASCAP, SESAC and BMI.
This waiver shall be effective for all master recordings submitted to idobi Network LLC for play on its Internet radio stations. Artist/Label may terminate this agreement at any time upon 30 days prior written notice to idobi Network LLC, at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169-5988.
