Shortly after unveiling the official music video for “SNEAKING OUT OF HEAVEN,” Waterparks has treated fans to the green screen version, offering a delightful twist to the new track. While maintaining the familiar shot-for-shot visuals from the original video, this just-released rendition reveals a ton of endearing behind-the-scenes moments that showcase the trio’s camaraderie.

One particularly heartwarming moment captured in the green screen version unfolds at the 54-second mark. Here, Awsten Knight playfully winds the mic and its cord around Otto Wood‘s drum kit, seamlessly handing off the mic to him. In a touching display, Wood lifts his feet atop the kit, mouthing the lyrics “hearts beat.” Adding to the charm, at the 1-minute and 27-second mark, Knight takes hold of Geoff Wigington‘s guitar, playfully tinkering with the tuning pegs. Don’t believe us that these moments will warm your little emo heart? Check it out Waterparks “SNEAKING OUT OF HEAVEN (GREEN SCREEN VERSION)” below.

While Waterparks were performing “SNEAKING OUT OF HEAVEN” across Australia, offering teasing glimpses of the new track before its official release, the track made its U.S. debut just a few weeks ago at When We Were Young Fest. Check out their full performance below.

In true Waterparks fashion, these boys are not slowing down. The group is currently overseas on tour—which led Knight to an incredible surprise cameo with Fall Out Boy performing “Grand Theft Autumn/Where Is Your Boy.” Additionally, Waterparks will embark on their U.S. headlining tour on February 26 in Seattle, WA, before wrapping in Los Angeles, CA, on April 6.
