The wait is over for twenty one pilots fans. Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun have finally revealed their theatrical, action-packed music video for “Paladin Strait” from their recently released record, Clancy.
The ending of the video shows “Nico” strangling “Clancy.” The red-hooded figure says, “So few. So proud. So emotional. Hello, Clancy.” Some Reddit users and Instagram users believe there is more music on the way based on the music video’s sudden ending and brief flourish before fading to black.
Check out the Hollywood production-level video below, directed by Jensen Noen, who is also known for working with Bring Me The Horizon, Demi Lovato, and more.
In an Instagram post, Noen shared, “I’ve never worked with an artist with such an intricate lore. While prepping for this project, I felt like I was working on a major movie franchise. There were so many details in the band’s universe that I had to discover, learn, and piece together. Storylines, characters, props and locations from over a decade of music videos were combined into this one piece!”
The director continues, “I’m incredibly grateful to @tylerrjoseph and @joshuadun for the opportunity to be part of your vision and create with you.”
