Fans of twenty one pilots are convinced that Tyler Joseph and Josh Dunn are about to enter their new chapter as a band. While TOP’s social media pages have lied dormant since November 23, 2023, something else has changed for the group. Red “tape” has appeared on the album covers from their discography. So, what could this new embellishment possibly mean? twenty one pilots fans are theorizing all over social media that the first new album since 2021’s Scaled And Icy is imminent. Uniquely, it seems as if the red mark is covering the eyes on all of their album art.

As of February 15, certain fans have been receiving physical “DEMA” letters, according to fan page @BanditoHub on Twitter/X. Now, DEMA, of course, relates to the fictional twenty one pilots universe related to Trench. It seems as if 1,500 letters were sent out. You can read the full cryptic letter below.

Beyond mail arriving in select inboxes, posters and billboards have been spotted in cities including Toronto, London, and beyond. Fans believe these shades of red and yellow are the colors for the upcoming era.

According to a tip posted by @BanditoHub, the band is allegedly dropping new music in the next few weeks. Fans are predicting a single release is arriving on February 29.

Of course, if you wander your way down the Reddit hole, you’ll find even more theories about all that’s to come, including a possible album title, which some are already calling Inferno. Here is what one Redditor had to say.
