This Wild Life has gifted their fans with an exciting announcement and a delightful sneak peek into their upcoming fifth studio album, Never Fade, slated for release on June 23. In anticipation of the album drop, the acoustic rock duo has graciously shared two enchanting tracks, “No More Waiting” and “How’d You Forget Us?”, giving us a glimpse into the musical journey that awaits.

Never Fade is a remarkable testament to the power of friendship and collaboration across the 8-track self-produced album. This remarkable lineup of collaborators includes the likes of Ryan Key (Yellowcard), Oliver Baxxter (Broadside), Aaron Marsh (Copeland), Rory Rodriguez (Dayseeker), Andrew Wade, Brian Butcher (The Home Team), and more.

Never Fade is our second independently produced and released album,” Kevin Jordan shares. “We assembled the Emo Avengers for this one with a special guest vocalist on all 8 tracks. No love songs this time around, all heartbreakers.”

“No More Waiting,” featuring Brian Burkheiser of I Prevail, is a musical masterpiece that demands your attention from the first acoustic pluck. The track effortlessly showcases the band’s emotional depth and vulnerability. With its heartfelt lyrics and acoustic-driven melodies, the collaboration between This Wild Life and Burkheiser creates a powerful synergy, as their voices intertwine and harmonize seamlessly, evoking the group’s signature raw display of emotion. The stripped-down instrumentation serves as a canvas for the profound lyrics to come to life, delving into themes of yearning, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of freedom from the confines of time.

“How’d You Forget Us?” featuring Joshua Roberts of Magnolia Park captivates through a weave of hauntingly beautiful melodies and poignant lyrics, immersing listeners in a realm of introspection and longing. The combined artistry of This Wild Life and Roberts elevates the song to new heights, showcasing their remarkable vocal chemistry and musical prowess. Through an unrequited exploration of heartbreak and the lingering inquiry of how love can be forgotten, the song strikes a resounding chord that resonates through to its core.
