Taylor Acorn is kicking ass and taking names, as per usual. The alt-pop-punk star just began her headlining tour through the U.S. and dropped her brand-new single “Greener.” In theme with color, the new track serves as an optimistic follow-up to “Gray.”
“‘Greener has to be one of my favorite songs I’ve ever written! I wanted this song to capture a feeling of revelation in that ‘grass is greener’ turn of phrase that we all know — and I think the music video does a great job in showcasing it too,” Acorn shares.
She continues, “We all go through struggles and tough days where we beat ourselves up emotionally, and then when the going gets good, the grass feels so much greener!”
Check out the positively radiant modern rock song and accompanying music video below.
Acorn has a super busy year ahead between multiple headlining tour dates in the spring, festival set appearances in the summer, and a tour with Dashboard Confessional and Boys Like Girls in the fall.
