Hello and welcome to Singles Lost in Time, where we dig through our library here at idobi (like monks sifting through historical texts) and we dust off some absolute bangers that never got their proper time in the sun.
Skindred – “Nobody”
“Blend up the reggae, metal, punk, and hip-hop!” Within “Nobody” lies the solution to all future energy crises. The might of their “unity sound” is no less powerful than your favorite Kaiju. My local karaoke bar may have banned me from singing it but “Nobody” will always be my go-to song for shedding societal pretense and letting loose the primeval energy inside.

Trophy Scars – “Assistant. Assistants.”
Musical expressions of angst will never go out of style as long as puberty remains a constant in the human experience. Trophy Scars created a suburban outcast anthem in “Assistant. Assistants.” Full of unintelligible shrieking, driving rhythm, and shrewd guitar work, the song is adept at conveying the elusivity of teenage denouement.
