Who: Karma Kids hasn’t been a band for very long but they already have a rock solid vision in place. They’ve branded themselves as “emocore” and went to work on dropping a two part album. The second half hits shelves this Friday, so if you’re not paying attention yet you probably should be.
What: Karma Kids brought in industry veteran Jaret Reddick (Bowling For Soup, The Rockstar Dad Show) to take their new single “Matrix” to a whole other dimension.
Why: At just over two minutes long, “Matrix” is a short and sweet offering that gets heavier with every note. The track feels like anticipation—like that moment before the lights go down at a show and your favorite band finally takes the stage.
