Point North has unleashed their boundary-pushing new single, “Bring Me Down.” Their latest sonic explosion, the three-piece seamlessly blends elements of hardcore and pop, creating a unique, experimental fusion that transcends genre. The track emerges as an instant anthem through its infectious hooks and high-octane energy.

“This song is just about toxic relationships and feeling isolated,” the band shares in a press release. “It touches on feeling like no one is really out for your best interest and only after their own. It also reflects on growing older and becoming more aware of who you surround yourself with and what relationships are worth keeping. All with a touch of ‘fuck you’ to the rest of them.”

They continue, “‘Bring Me Down’ started as a very pop-centric demo as most of our songs do. But when the label said the demo wasn’t heavy enough, we decided to make it our heaviest song yet. So we are very proud of this one and can’t wait to play it live on our tour with From Ashes To New. This song leans a little more into our heavier element. When I was trying to get inspired to write this song, I started covering an Ashnikko song, and then it just sort of turned into what it is now. I love how fresh it feels combining our favorite metalcore instrumentation and the more industrial pop I love to make.”

Point North is currently on the road with From Ashes To New, coinciding with their festival appearances at Welcome To Rockville, Sonic Temple, and more. You can check out the band’s full touring schedule below and grab tickets to see them live here.
