Singer-songwriter NIKI DEMAR released her glamorous, romantic, unapologetically queer track and accompanying music video for “Vegas.”
The neon-lit visuals brilliantly pair with the bright pop-rock love song. In the video, the singer recruited her real-life girlfriend and fellow musician Julianne Hope to “tie the knot” in the Marriage Capital of the World. Plus, the two actually did get matching playing card tattoos that appeared in the music video.
“Let’s go to Vegas/Book a one-way flight/Spend all our money/Go to a chapel/Get married tonight/Let’s drink til the morning/Let the strangers stare/Kiss in the streets making the memories/That we’ll see when we die,” NIKI DEMAR sings in the shimmering chorus.

In an Instagram Reel, NIKI DEMAR noted, “It’s my first love song & song w/ female pronouns. I moved to LA in May, and finally felt far away from people who didn’t understand my relationship. I now classify myself as a musical queer simp. My GF knows she’s my muse. I went from ‘edgy’ twin to divine feminine this year. My GF and I went to Vegas to shoot the music video & ‘got married’ and cried. Best memory of my life.”
Additionally, the artist’s girlfriend and co-star shared her experience on Instagram. “[T]his music video and this trip will always have a special place in my heart. You worked so hard to make this come together and it was pure magic,” Hope said.
