Movements fans rejoice! The SoCal quartet has unveiled a new single/video titled “Fail You” and announced their third studio album RUCKUS! due on August 18 through Fearless Records. You can preorder the group’s forthcoming record here.

Right from the opening guitar chords, “Fail You” grips you with its emotional intensity, guided by the heartfelt delivery of vocalist Patrick Miranda. It embarks on a profound journey of introspection and self-discovery, immersing you in its haunting melodies and fear-laden lyrics. Themes of disappointment and the fear of losing someone you deeply care about resonate across the track. The dynamic instrumentation steadily builds, unleashing waves of longing and catharsis. As the song reaches its pinnacle, the fusion of impassioned vocals and sweeping guitars proves that Movements once again have crafted profoundly moving music that pierces your core.

“‘Fail You’ has all the inner workings of a classic Movements track wrapped up in a shiny new package and served with a newer, more modern Movements sound,” Miranda explains. “It’s a song about the fear of letting someone down and losing someone you love—reliving the mistakes over and over again and being haunted by all of your wrongdoings. Fans of both the new and old sounds will find something to love with this one.”
