MOD SUN and Yung Pinch Join Caldwell On “Flyin’ Pass” Remix

Since the launch of his debut single “Flyin’ Pass” in November 2023, Caldwell has been making waves in the country music scene despite his alternative flair. The track has not only climbed various country music charts but also amassed over 2 million streams, solidifying Caldwell’s position as a rising star in the genre. Building on this success, Caldwell has released a remix of “Flyin’ Pass,” featuring the genre-fluid, multi-instrumentalist MOD SUN, and the versatile rapper/singer Yung Pinch.

“This song holds a special place in my heart—it all came together when my team and I were in LA, celebrating the iTunes and Amazon chart success of ‘Flyin Pass,’” Caldwell shares in a press release. “The love and support from fans have been incredible, so we decided to breathe new life into it by collaborating with two amazing talents who are sure to elevate it to new heights.”

MOD SUN adds in an Instagram Stories post, “Video for a song I did with Caldwell + Yung Pinch is out now movie.” 

Accompanying the freshly released remix, which runs nearly a minute longer than its original rendition, Caldwell has unveiled an official music video that also MOD and Yung Pinch. Expanding on the unique “Playboy Country” genre that Caldwell has meticulously cultivated with his infectious charm and compelling delivery, MOD SUN and Yung Pinch contribute an extra layer of intrigue to the remix with their distinct verses that have been added to the track. Their individual sonic styles effortlessly meld together, bridging the alternative singer-songwriter approach with the hip-hop rap style, a fusion that MOD SUN himself is well acquainted with, given his illustrious, genre-fluid career.
