James And The Cold Gun Release Thrilling New Track “Bittersweet”

James And The Cold Gun are revving up the ante as they approach the release of their self-titled debut album. Set to be released on Loosegroove Records, it’s will go down as a modern rock and roll classic. The label is owned by Pearl Jam’s Stone Gossard, by the way. You only have to listen to the tracks they have shared so far to see how great it will be. There’s – “Chewing Glass”, “My Silhouette” and “Something To Say” for your ears to get acquainted with. But now we have another one to add to the pile. It is yet again just as infectious, intense and irresistible.

It’s called “Bittersweet” and is a bit of a slower pace than the other offerings but no less enthralling. Groove-laden riffs, white-hot vocals and the sort of melodies that get trapped in your head for weeks, it has a bit of everything. Bringing together all of the attitude of the 90s garage rock scene crashing into the modern day effortlessly, it’s a proper piece of revival brilliance.

Vocalist James Joseph had this to say about it:

“We can’t wait to get this album out into the world, it’s a no frills rock and roll ripper recorded ourselves in the garage where we first started jamming as a band, we think it’s a great introduction to what we’re about at our core, loud, energetic guitar rock.”
