It’s time to turn your speakers up and get lost in love with today’s Inbox Jukebox Presents. The Hunna dropped by the idobi Studio to perform an acoustic Session of their new track “Cover You”. The pull is simply magnetic. This rendition is vastly different to the full band version with Travis Barker but the acoustics draw out the song’s power in new and wonderful ways.
“You know that feeling when you find someone and when you look at each other you know whatever you’re about to do is gonna be one hell of a journey and something real special,” the band explain about “Cover You”. “Whether it’s a friendship or relationship, whatever ship, it’s like ‘you know if we do this, there’s no going
back right?’ ‘You in?’ And no matter what they got your back. That’s what this song
is about.”
“It’s about finding something or someone for all time in the midst of absolute chaos around us.”
The stripped down version adds to the raw vulnerability feeling—that sense of adventure and wonder hits on a whole new level. The sweetness of the melody makes you sway before the tracks picks up. It’ll get your heart racing when vocalist Ryan Potter sings out, “All is fair in love and war / If what you see is what you want, fight for it”. His vocals will cut right to your soul and leave you breathless from
the intensity.
The Hunna prove you can find beauty in the smallest moments and they’re letting us know it’s important to recognize the good that’s all around us. “It’s fucking chaos out there right now, the world is a gruesome place. It’s about finding something or someone for all time in the midst of absolute chaos around us.”

Fun Fact About The Hunna:
The band basically put together a pop-punk band of super producers for their upcoming record I’d Rather Die Than Let You In—working with the likes of Travis Barker, Pete Wentz, John Feldmann, and more. We NEED to hear the post-recording jam sessions, stat.
