Who knows—maybe you’ll find your next obsession.
The Wonder Years
The Hum Goes on Forever
Breaking news: The Wonder Years made another great record. The Hum Goes on Forever boasts a collection of The Wonder Years’ best, ranging from their classic pop-punk sound in tracks like “The Paris of Nowhere” to slower cuts like “Summer Clothes” and “Laura & the Beehive”. It’s hard not to instantly fall in love with it.

5 Seconds of Summer
5SOS5
5 Seconds of Summer have reached their apex. 5SOS5 is the greatest record they could have possibly made at this point in their career, finally nailing a sound they’ve been working on for the past four years. Largely self-written and self-produced, the behemoth 19 tracks take the band in directions we’ve never heard before but absolutely need to hear more of.

The 1975
“All I Need to Hear”
You almost don’t want to listen to anything The 1975 puts out from their new album since it’ll just ruin the surprise of listening to it in full. But the beauty of their songs is they’re perfect in the context of the album as well as standalone. “All I Need to Hear” is the latest example of that. The piano-ballad love tune makes you want to slow dance in your living room, with or without a partner.

Thrice
“Open Your Eyes and Dream”
The latest single from Thrice introduces listeners to another track that didn’t make last year’s fantastic Horizons / East. The b-side flexes the band’s harder side, delivering a massively aggressive chorus that takes a breather during the verses.

Weezer
SZNZ: Autumn
If Weezer knows how to do anything, it’s keep a promise. The band set out to release four EPs that coincide with the changing seasons and Autumn arrived, as expected, on the first day of fall. Like the EPs that came before it, Weezer puts the season into song form and they do it strangely well here. The upbeat, electronic pop stylings are their way of not wanting to give up on summer, even if it’s colder outside.

Waterparks
“Self-Sabotage (feat. Good Charlotte)”
“Self-Sabotage” was already one of Waterparks’ best-songs-yet when it dropped a few months back. Now it gets even better with the addition of Good Charlotte. Featured on basically the whole track, GC adds a classic feel and almost makes you wish it was their song instead. No offense to Waterparks, we just miss GC a lot.

iann dior
“saddest soundtrack”
iann dior is taking his Travis Barker partnership to the next level. The pop rapper’s latest with Barker is among his hookiest ever, dishing out an immaculate mixture of hip-hop/pop-rock with an Andrew Goldstein chorus that sounds like he meant it for his band, The Friday Night Boys, back in the day.

Lil Nas X
“Star Walkin’”
The League of Legends Worlds championship is a massive stage that needs a massive anthem and Lil Nas X is the perfect one for the job. His rallying cry “Star Walkin’” is catchy without giving off a big ‘this is going to be a hit’ energy. That’s because it doesn’t need to; it just needs to get you hyped for the biggest game event of the year.
