Don Broco have always been the sort of band with a trick up their sleeve. Take the release of their track “Pretty“, for example. They convinced everybody that bassist Tom Doyle was getting married when it was all just a ploy heading towards the bloody manic video. And then there was “Gumshield” where they put on a fake boxing match between vocalist Rob Damiani and Dave ‘White Rhino’ Allen. Well, now they have announced a new UK tour, and for all we know, we could be in for another wild ride.
The name of the tour is ‘The Birthday Party Tour’ and is presented by Don Broco and Friends. So, from the off, curiosity is the name of the game. What birthday party are we talking about? Who are these friends? Why is there a whole tour dedicated to this birthday? The band are celebrating 15 years since their formation right now, so maybe it has something to do with that? Though with their tweet announcing the tour, the band captioned it, “I THREW A PARTY FOR MY BIRTHDAY”, which feels very much like a lyric, doesn’t it? So could this be for a song? A new album announcement? More questions than answers right now, to be honest.

Anyway, we should probably let you have a look at the dates and make your arrangements for coming down to the party. Remember, wear your best hat and let the band know if you want ice cream or cake as your treat.
