On the brink of releasing the deluxe edition of ONE MORE TIME…, blink-182 surprised fans before one of their performances with a listen of the new tracks to be included on the album.
Mark Hoppus first announced the deluxe version of the LP at a concert in June, saying, “I have exciting news. The deluxe version of the ONE MORE TIME… comes out in late August.” After Tom DeLonge interrupts him, telling to “sell some more shit,” Hoppus continues with “I’m not trying to. What I’m saying is, there are more blink-182 songs in the near future for you all.
While fans waited outside the concert venue in Detroit, the group’s merch truck could be heard blasting seven new songs to be featured on the band’s upcoming deluxe LP. The date August 19 could also be seen on the side of the truck, along with the phone number 323-831-0182 and the words “stay tuned.”
Youtuber theendwithyou1821 captured a clip of one of the upcoming tracks and later shared it on their channel. Some fans believe the title is “One Night Stand.” Check it out below.
Blink-182 finish their tour with Pierce the Veil August 15, before heading to the UK, then wrapping up their summer with several festival appearances. The full list of dates is below with tickets available here.
