Bimini has had quite an incredible couple of years. Rising to prominence thanks to their appearance on Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK Season Two, they have put themselves on the worldwide drag queen map. But not content with lip-syncs and slay looks, they have also been pursuing a musical career as well. Influenced as much by The Sex Pistols as Whitney Houston, their musical palette is vast and vibrant, and they are hoping to put their stamp on alternative culture in the highest heels possible.
That’s where we come to right now with the announcement of their debut EP. It’s going to be called When The Party Ends and will be released on July 14. It’s going to consist of six songs, three of which are brand new. They have been chosen with the help of the Bimini fan base. You can check out what the options are right here.

With the EP being called When The Party Ends, it will feature the track of the same name too. A combination of throbbing bass and heartbreak pop, it’s a different angle for Bimini to take. Yet it shows off just how vast they want their music to be. The result is beautiful and danceable at the same time.
They had this to say about it:
“The thudding beat and the deep bass, mixed with my heart spilling out over a house beat, makes this song so special to me. Another track I wrote with Billy Blond and Redshank, it’s filled with raw emotion, ex-lovers and crying on the dance floor vibes. When The Party Ends is my baby, and I’m so glad it’s coming out in the world.”
