Bad Omens Cancel Show For “Much-Needed Day Of Rest”

Bad Omens have been going at it non-stop for so long that they have had to cancel one of their upcoming shows. The band are in the middle of their Concrete Forever tour, bringing their THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND era to a head in a big way. Since its release in 2022, the record has become a beast in its own right, taking the band up into the echelons of modern rock music royalty. Number Ones on the Billboard charts, gold records and everything in between, it’s been a hugely successful period for the band. Though, as mentioned, they simply haven’t stopped to take a breath. Touring the whole world over and giving their all every single night, sometimes something has to give.

That is what has happened here, with Bad Omens announcing that their show in Portland will not be happening. It was set to take place today (October 02) at the Crystal Ballroom with support coming from ERRA and I See Stars. However in a statement, the band have said that the show is off due to a “much-needed day of rest and recovery”.

You can read the statement from the band, posted on their social media, below:

“Portland, we regret to inform you that we will be cancelling the show tomorrow for a much-needed day of rest and recovery.

We decided this to be the best course of action, although it pains us greatly. Please know we don’t make the decision to cancel a show lightly or without necessity, but we will make it up to you however and whenever we can. Refunds will be processed at point of purchase and will certainly be back.

 – Bad Omens”
