As A R I Z O N A is prepping to hit the stage alongside Julia Wolf and Quinn XCII at the start of May, the electro-pop trio has announced the release of their dance-worthy new single, “Die For A Night.” “Die For A Night” follows the release of “Dark Skies” and “Moving On,” which will all appear on the group’s forthcoming, self-titled album arriving on May 12 through Fueled By Ramen.
The electrifying new single masterfully blends the group’s signature toe-tapping percussion, hypnotic bassline, and lead vocalist Zachary Charles’ soulful and commanding delivery. The emotionally-charged release begins with a synthed-up guitar strumming, gradually building up before an eruption of bold beats and a sing-along chorus. As the track progresses, the instrumentals become more pronounced, creating a dynamic sound that captures the essence of A R I Z O N A‘s signature style.
“‘Die For A Night’ is one of the tracks we had some of the most fun with on the new album,” Charles shares regarding the song. “There’s a little bit of tongue-in-cheek storytelling in the lyrics, and overall the track was just an absolute blast to produce. We have a deep love for dance music and tried to incorporate that a lot on this album where we could in our own way, and this is one of those records.”
