Cartel Performs New, Unreleased Music Ahead of idobi Warped Radio

On the latest episode of idobi Warped Radio, Will Pugh of Cartel reflects on the band’s journey revisiting their landmark debut, Chroma, as they re-recorded the album in full to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Pugh dives into the emotional and creative process behind bringing Chroma into the present, sharing, 

“We wanted to bring it all together and kind of tie all of those ends and make it something we can use to unite all of the fans and do the thing again. As well as a sort of launching pad for next year and the years after with new music and everything.”

Fans who were in attendance for idobi Radio SonicTap Presents: Fishmas in July, held ahead of Warped Tour Long Beach, got an extra surprise: Pugh performed an unreleased Cartel song. While the track title remains unknown and without a release date, the intimate moment offered a glimpse into the band’s future—and lucky attendees can relive the performance now across idobi’s social platforms.
