I was always a fan of The Spill Canvas – they came into the music industry at a great time when so many solid bands were starting to break out – Death Cab, Bright Eyes, Dashboard, etc.

So I was honored to speak with lead singer Nick Thomas, who talked about The Spill Canvas and the influence they had, but also about his own project called The Nick Thomas Band which is starting to get a lot of play and buzz behind it; as well as his upcoming Paradise Fears / William Beckett Tour.
