Following the release of summer’s “Sunshine,” which was co-written with MGK, MOD SUN is back with his new song, “Hotel Lights.” Prior to its release, MOD SUN took to Instagram to share, “Been trying to make a song like this my whole career. Sonically, it’s beautiful. Lyrically, it’s storytelling. Vocally, it’s powerful + delicate. A fan-favorite Spanish Love Songs track just got the acoustic treatment. From August 2023’s No Joy, the band stripped back “Clean-Up Crew,” releasing it on September 5 via Pure Noise Records. Previously, the band transformed No Joy song “Haunted” into a folksy, earnest, acoustic dream. Kicking off later this month, Teenage Joans are scheduled to join Sleeping With Sirens on the Let’s Cheers To This Tour, which will celebrate the group’s 2011 sophomore album. The tour will mark Teenage Joans’ return to the States following their Australian co-headlining tour alongside Between You & Me, which is slated to conclude this week on September 7. After announcing her forthcoming Hereditary Deluxe LP, due out on September 13, Cassadee Pope dropped her new music video for “Bad Decisions.” The visuals come from her recently wrapped Hereditary headline tour. Of the forthcoming deluxe album, Pope says, “I wanted to release a deluxe version of Hereditary because there were other songs I wrote that didn’t make the album but feel important to tell my story.
