The Used Just Became an Elmo Band


The Used had an unexpected crossover moment on Sunday, November 2, when they posed with a life-sized Elmo at Old National Centre, shortly after the venue hosted the daytime Elmo And Friends Say Hello show. The band posted the photo with the caption, “We’ve been an Elmo band for 25 years,” just hours before transforming the same room from a daytime kids’ show into a sea of emo fans, performing In Love And Death in full to a packed crowd. Real Friends & Oliver Baxxter Cover The Used Hit “The Taste Of Ink”


Real Friends is currently on tour supporting Silverstein on their headlining run alongside Greyhaven and Broadside. And on this run, the band has pulled out a very special cover: “The Taste Of Ink” by The Used. In fact, at some tour stops, Broadside vocalist Oliver Baxxter joined them onstage to perform the iconic alternative track. The Used Announces 25-Year Anniversary Collectors Box Set


Ahead of their massive 25th anniversary tour, The Used announced that they’re releasing a 25 Year Anniversary Collectors Box Set. In it, the band features three albums: The Used (2002), In Love And Death (2004) and Lies For The Liars (2007) with reimagined artwork. Artists Cam Rackam, Alex Pardee, and Craola all offered their own unique interpretations of the iconic pieces of album art. The full box set is available on The Used website for $150. The Used Announces Massive Tour To Celebrate 25th Anniversary


After teasing plans for their 25th anniversary as a band, The Used have announced a massive tour to celebrate. The tour, which kicks off in April 2025, will feature three dates in each city they’ll perform in. Each night, the band will play a different album in full, including their 2002 self-titled, 2004’s In Love And Death, and 2007’s Lies For The Liars.
