Kelly Osbourne, 41, and Sid Wilson, 49, have officially called it quits after being engaged for eight months.
The Slipknot DJ popped the question on Saturday, July 5, 2025, backstage at Ozzy Osbourne‘s final show, Back To The Beginning, at Villa Park in Birmingham. Sadly, Ozzy passed on July 22, 2025, just a few weeks after his big farewell performance.
The two made their final public appearance together at the Grammys where they chatted with red carpet interviewers and watched a stunning tribute for Ozzy, performed by Post Malone, Slash, and more.
In an exclusive with PEOPLE, a source close to the family describes, “[Kelly]’s been in a challenging headspace for several reasons. It’s been very emotional for her. She’s had a lot going on. Ozzy’s death still affects her deeply. She’s very focused on being there for her mom right now. They’re incredibly close, and that’s been her priority. It’s been hard for Kelly and Sid to balance everything, especially with different priorities about where to spend time. This has put a strain on their relationship.”

Another anonymous source spoke to Daily Mail, sharing, “In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time. And things were not as they appeared. They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward.”
Notably, the couple first went public with their relationship in February 2022. They welcomed a child together, Sidney, in November 2022. Though, the two have an even longer history, dating back to 1999, where they became friends while Slipknot toured on Ozzfest.
Neither Wilson or Kelly has made an official statement on social media or via PR. We wish them both peace as they grieve and move in new directions.
