On January 21, 2018, The Maine celebrated eleven years of being a band. Any other band would have sent out a nice social media post, but The Maine isn’t like all the other bands. Instead, they dedicated the whole day to us, their fans.

The Maine Drops Surprise Album With Career-Spanning Reimagined Demos


The Maine is always full of surprises, and this one might just be their biggest yet. On a random January Wednesday night, the Arizona five-piece dropped dyed (2008-2023), a compilation album of reimagined demos. Each track honors the band’s nine album eras. Vocalist John O’Callaghan noted, “Revisiting the past can stir up all sorts of feelings. Nostalgia, fondness, gratitude, and on and on and on.
