This Legend

We’re stoked to team  up with This Legend (the new band from former Yellowcard drummer Longineu Parsons III and guitarist Ben Harper) for an exclusive video announcement about their debut album. The record, whose title the band is still keeping a secret, is officially complete and is set to release later this year on Cyber Tracks, co-owned by El Hefe of NOFX and his wife. The band will also support  Lagwagon on their upcoming North American tour this fall. Check out the video below!

According to vocalist/guitarist Chris Castillo, the band aimed to write an uplifting album about facing life head on.  “Everything’s been fed on positive energy,” adds Parsons. It only makes sense, then, that the experience of making the album was just as positive. “Working in the studio was real smooth and simple,” says Castillo. “I couldn’t ask for a more cohesive group of guys to write with.”
